Children today live in a fast paced world, entertained by an enormous array of exciting electronics. They not only have TVs, VCRs, portable CDs, hand held video games they even have this great cyber-space known as the World Wide Web, to keep them busy. Did you ever try to drag them away from the TV or the computer to take them to a museum or a library? If you did, you probably heard something like this. "Are you kidding, I'm not going to a boring library or museum!"

As a parent, you are in for a treat with a Museum Mania™ Treasure Hunt. This game was developed by a frustrated parent, that's me, Candace Jackson who probably like yourself enjoys museums but can't seem to interest their children in going. There is just too much electronic competition. If you're not an art history major with a great sense of humor, you might have a difficult time pointing out exciting and interesting objects of art to your children at an art museum. Even if you are an art and history expert, its sometimes hard to know where to start and what interests a child. As for the library, many parents are intimated by the library computer and have long forgotten the Dewey Decimal System.
